AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY CO~ISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE 90-43 OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, BY AMENDING
SECTION 2.5-5, TERM OF PER~{IT FEE OF
CHAPTER 2.5 ALARM SYSTEMS.; PROVIDING
THAT EACH AND EVERY OTHER SECTION OF
ORDINANCE 90-43 NOT SPECIFICALLY HEREIN
AMENDED SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND
EFFECT AS PREVIOUSLY ENACTED; PROVIDING
A CONFLICTS CLAUSE; PROVIDING A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING AUTHORITY
TO CODIFY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.

WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
Florida has heretofore adopted Ordinance No. 90-43,
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
Florida has found it necessary to amend said
