A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THREE (3) AGREEMENTS
FOR WATER SERVICE OUTSIDE THE CITY LIMITS
AND COVENANT FOR ANNEXATION BETWEEN THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH AND MICHAEL'S
NURSERIES AND'FARMS, INC.; TPR ASSOCIATES;
AND J-G EQUITIES; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the subject property is located on the west side
)f Military Trail between Piper's Glen Boulevard and Flavor
Pict Road, outside the City limits, but within the City's
designated water and sewer service area; and
WHEREAS, City policy requires annexation of the property
to be serviced at the earliest practicable time, as a
2ondition of the granting of water services outside its
urisdictional limits; and
WHEREAS, M. James Leider, is the agent J-G Equities; TPR
Lssociates, Ltd., and Michael's Nurseries & Farms, Inc.,
owners of the lands in question; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
CHE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute three (3) Water Service
Agreements between the City of Boynton Beach, Florida J-G
Equities, TPR Associates and Michael's Nurseries & Farms,
Inc., said Agreements being attached hereto as Exhibit
Section 2. This Resolution shall become
immediately upon passage.
