O. i,~ers, i.layor Harry Denson, Vice-[.[ayor ~. ~. W~nchester, Town Clerk. The above constituting the entire Board of CommiSsioners of the' Town of Boynton, Florida. Upon motion made by Commissioner Winchester, seconded by Commissioner Benson, the following i{esolutions were duly adopted:- PAVING ASSES~NT - F[OL[ DIXIE HIGHWAY TO GREEH STREET. W~PJ~AS, the 2own Commission of the i'own of Boynton, Florida, has heretofore decided to constr~ct Street on that certain street or public way known as Wells Avenue, within the said Town, for the location and distances herein specified, to-wit: A sixtemn (16) foot paved street on Wells Avenue, from the '~est Line of Dixie to the East Line of Green StresS,within the To'-.n of Boynton, F!~rida, as will appear by a plat there6f on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Palm Beach County, Florida, and WBUEP, EAS, th'e owner of lots abutting the street afore- said were by reso'_~tior~ of the Town Commission of the Town of Boynton, Florida, ordered to do the work aforesaid, b,~t failed on file in the office of the 01erk of the Oi=cuit -Court. Palm Beach County, Florida. and WH~EREAS, the owner of lots abutting the stree afore- sai~d ~were by resolution of tbs Town 0ommission of tbs Town of Boynt0n, Florida, ordered to do the work aforesaid, but failed to' do the same. and ~¥EEREA$, the work prescribe~d in and by the resolmtion aforesaid has b~en done and performed by the Town of Boynton, aforesaid, and ~ · WEEHEAS, the Town of Boynton has under and by virtue of the provisions, of Article IX. Chapter B918~ taws of Florida, Acts of i921, a lien Upon ~he abutting property in proportion to the frontages' THEREFORE, BE IT p~$0LVEDby the Town Commission of the Town of Boynton, Florida, as follows: 1, That the construction of the street on the public way hereinbefore described within the Town of Boynton, Florida, has been entirely comp!e~ed according to the plans and speci- fications on file in the office of the Town Clerk of tbs Town of Boynto~, Florida. 2.~ That total cost of such work and improvements, hereinbefore &escribed, was and is the sum of $1898.88. Z. That the construction of the street on the public way hereinbefore described within the Town of Boynton, Florida, has been entirely completed according to the plans and spe- cifications on file in the office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Boynton, Florida. 2. That the to%al cost of such work and improvements, hereinbefore described', was and is the sum of $4297.25. 3. That the Town Commission of the Town of Boynton, Florida, does hereby~determine the lots, tracts, or parcels of land abutting on the street or public highway hereinbefore ,described, were benefitted thereby and that the cost of said work be, and it is herelSy levied and assessed against the abutting property im proportion to the frontage on the stree~ or public way aforesaid. 4. That said assessment shall be due and payable by the owner of said lots, tracts or pa, rcels of land as follows: One-fifth on the 29th day of September, A. D. 1927; One-fifth on the 29th day of Septembcr-A. D, 1928: One-fifth on the 29th, day of Sept. A. D. 1929; One-fifth on the 29th day of September A.
