A Special Meeting of the Board of. Commissioners of

Present:

The above constituting the entire Bosrd of Commissioners
of the Town of Boyn~.on, Florida..
Whereas,.the Town Commission of the Town of Boynton,
Florida, did on the 18th day of J[ug~$tA. D. 1926, adopt a Esso-
lution fixing Wedne~day, the 8th day of September A, D. 1826, at
two o'clock P. ~. a~:~ the time, and the Town Hall of the Town of
BPynton, Florida, as the place, at which the Town Commission of
the Town of Boynton, Florida, would hear complaints of the owner
j0r owners or,other persons or corporations interested in the lands
against which Special assessments were 1,evied by the Town
Commissioners of th,~ Town of Boynton, Florida, and

:',¥heraas, said meeting was du!y held for the purpose of
i: he.d-ring and consid~'.ring any and all complaints, as to said spe-
cial.assessm,:nts, and to adjust an, equalize the said assessments
