ORDINANCE ~ '76
AN OP~DINANOE-of the Town of Boymton, Palm Beach
County, Florida, requiring all persons, firms and corporations
'operating trains on railroads within the Corporate Zimits of ._
~ ~. such Town to provide safety devices at certain street crossingm
'therein for the protection of persons crossing such railroads,
fixing the time within which such ordinance shall become effec '
.~ive, providing th, e penalty for the violation thereof; and ..,
Pre.scribing a minimum-time limit 'which any of the street cross
may be blocked er' obstructed by trains or cars on-such railroad
and pr~scribing a penalty for the violation thereof, and re-
quirinE such .~. rsons, firms and corporations to keep the 'rail-
road tracks clear of cars within certain distances of certain
'street-~crossings therein, and prescribing and fi~:ing the penalty
for the violation thereof$ received its first reading.
