Winehes%er,TlOWn Clerk The above constituting the entire Board of Commissioners of. the ~own._of.~oynton, ~florida. ~pon motion made by Commissioner j~enson, seconded by ssio~er 'Winchester, and duly married, the following resolu- tion was unanimously adopted: WHEREAS, the Mowa Commission of the ~'own of Boynton, Florida., did at a meeting of the '~own Commission of the 2own of ~nton, ~lorida. held on the 21st day of August A. D. 1926, fixed the 29th day .of September A. M. to be the date and the Town mall of the Town of Florida, the place where The Town Commissiom of the 317 Town of ~oynton, l~lorida will sit ~ 'a Board of Equalization to hear complaints of the owner or owners or other persons or cor- porations interested in the lands against which special assessments were levied by the Board of Town Oom~.~issioners of the Town of Boynton, Florida o~ the ~.lst day of August ~. D. 19£6 and, WEEREA~, this meeting was held for the purpose of hear- ing complaints as aoove apecified and only two complaints having been prese.ted to-wit: Complaint of ~r. Thomas ~cLaiue, who appeared in person and 'claimed ownership of Lot 5, Block 1, Robert Wells Addition on Wells Avenue and L. J. Weadock, owner of 0ountry 01~b Estates, who Sent in a written protest as to the assessment .against their lands, and it appearing to the Board of the Town Commissioners 'of the =own of ~oynto~, .Plorida, that theg~ is no equality or Justice in said complain~ of the said Thomas ~cLaine and L. J. ,Weadock, Now Therefore BE IT I~ESOLVED that all of the special assessments agai~st lots abutting on Wells ~venu~ from the Dixie ,y ~o Green ~treet, ~hepard Stree~ from ~reen ~treet to ,~ine S~reet and Xlang Street from Green $%reet to Pine Street, Which were levied by the moard of Town Commissioners of the of ~oyr~ton, lorzda, on the Elst day of August A.
