Upon motion made by Oommissioner'-uyer~.,. seconded by
Oommissioner ,,inchester, the following resolution was duly
a/opted:

bills which are now due or-about to become due.
~E IT RESOLVED that $1000.00 be borrowed from ~he Wa~er
~nd and placed in the ~eneral ~und, saia sum ~o be a loan to the
~eneral ~h~nd.
