L. ~'inchester and duly c arrled, the following resolution was adopted: BE IT RESOLVED that the Audit kecord submitted by Hall & Pentland, certified Public Accountants of Books and Records ef the Town of Boynton, Florida_, from November 1st, 1925, to l!'0~t°ber 31st, 1926 be and the s amc is hereby accepted. _ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE providing rates, rules and regulations for Water Department of the ~'own of Boynton, Palm Beach County, a and providing Penalty for a violation thereof, received iillts Second and final reading. Upon motio~ made by C~mmissioner ~'inchester, seconded by Commissioner Benson, the following Hesclution was duly adeptea; WHEHEAS, it has been.found necessary and expedient that electric current be furnished the seven Whiteway Lights en the Dixie Highway in Lake Addition and that eighteen *verhead ~%reet Lights be constructed and electric current furnished same en the Dixie Highway north of the Boynton Canal Bridge. · TIr~p~FOPf£ BE IT .p~$Oll~D, that the Town ~!erk be and ae ie hereby authorized and instructed to communicate with t be Florida Powe~ & Light Company and h.~wl this work done. .There being no further business the meeting adjourned. 359
