"~~, there exists on certain land in the To~n oZ ~oyn~on, Florida, described as
~l~etto, dead or dying trees, stu~s, roots, obnoxious growths, filth, garbage, trash and,
such undesirable things; and,
"WHEREAS, this Commission deems it necessary and expedient for the preservation of the public health and. safet~9.~
of the inhabitants of the Town of Boynton and for the general welfare of the said Town that there should be remove~~'~
from said land all brush, weeds, palmetto, dead or dying trees, s~umps, roots, obnoxious growths, filt~, garbage, trash
and debris; and,

"THEREFORE, Be It Resolved by the Town Commission of the Town of Boynton, Florida, that this Commission
does hereby direct and require said owner or owners of said land to remove from said property al~rush, weeds, pal-
metio, dead or dying trees, stumps, roots, obnoxious growths, filth garbage tvash and debris, within _~___days from the
~ate thereof; and,
"Be It Further Resolved, that if said owner, or owners shall not, within ........ days from date, remove from said
property, the thing or things directed and required to be removed, this Commission shall cause the same to be removed
~nd will charge, assess and collect the expenses thereof, as ~ lien. against the said land or as a claim agains~ the owner
or owners thereof; and, '
"Be It Further Resolved, that notice and a copy of this resolution shall be served upon the owner or owners of
such land or upon the a~ent of such owner within ........ days after date; or if the said owner is a non-resident, or
cannot be found within the Town, and has no known agent within the Town, a copy of said notice and of this resolution
shall be posted upon said land."
