A Special i,Ieeting of the Doard of Town ~onm~issioners
of the To¥.m of ~oynton, Florida, was held at the Town Hall
of the Tov. m of Boynton, Florida, ~ionday Afternoon, October ~ls%

The above constituting the entire ~oard of Town
Commissioners of the Town of Boynton, Florida.
Mayor H. O. Myers did state the object of the
meeting to be to ta~e such action relative to or concerning
the plans, specifications and bias for the construction of
the Ocean ~cach ~asino as might be deelned necessary, wise or
expedient an= in accord with the suggestions an= r~commen~a-
tions of the representative citizens aha inhabitants attendant
upon the special meeting of the Town Commission of September 9th.
Commissioner Harry ~enson moved that the Town Cler~
do advertise for bids for the construction, erection and build-
ing of the Ocean Beach Casino in accord with the plans and
speciflcati~:ns of King & Campbell on file in the office of the
Town Clerk.
Cou~issioner E.. n. Winchester seconded said motion
and upon being put to a vote s~me was unanimously carried.
Co~missioner Harry Benson moved that the Town Clerk
be directed to give such notice of the receiving of bias to
be opened at a meeting to be held by the Town Commission on
the 16th day of November, A. b. 192V, at the hour of ?:3~ P.M.
of said date.
