as directed at the special meeting of November 16th, 1927,
were received, read and discussed.
Commissioner Harry Benson moved that further action
upon this matter be deferred until such time as the Commission
deemed best, and that the matter of the awarding of bids be
deferred temporarily, and further that should any bidder desire
the return of his check deposited with his bid that the clerk
be instructed tOreturn said check, accepting the.proper recei)t
therefore and that such action on the part of any bidder would
be considered by the Town Commission as a withdrawal of said
bid.
Commissioner E. ~. Winchester seconded motion as mhde
by Commissioner Harry ~enson and upon being put to a vote said
motion was unanimously carried and so declared by the ~ayor.
