That the said street highwaj~ or boulevard ~ , lin the corporate limits of the Town of Boynton, Palm Beach ~ty, Florida, which is.located upon or along the following ribed right-of-way, situate within the said co~t~v and state, it: Begin~cing at a point on the center line of Ocean Avenue he Town of Boynton, Palm Beach County, Flo ida, distant 410' more sss east of the cen%er line of Section 22, Township 45 South, ~ 45 East, the center line of tk~ right-of-wy of Ocean ~vard, said right-of-way being 40' in width, runs in a ~easter!y direction a distance of 1500' more or !ess to a ! of i~tersection distant ~~~;~ 965' more or less in an easterly If section line of said Section £~ Te~hip 45 South, Range 43 East; thence in a.nor~herly direction a distance of 4580' more or less to the north line of said-Section 22, Township 45 South, Range 43 East,. intersection said north line of said Section 22 at a point 4880' more or less east of the northwest section corner of said Section 22, be, and the same hereby is, condemned, closed and abolished. Section 2.. That, that certain road, street, boulevard or highway beginning at a point on the center line of Ocean Avenue in the Town of Boynton, Palm Beach County, Florida, which point ~ is distant Al0 feet more or less east of the center line of Section 22, Township 45 South, Range ~Z East and run~oing north. easterly a distance of 1~00 feet more or less, thence northerly ij~sng~ and near ~he Atlantic 0cean a distance of 4580 feet more or to the north line of said section 22, Tow~aship 48 South, i Range 4S East, ;~Jhich road, highway, street or boulevard is known and called, "The Ocean Boulevard", be, and the same hereby is, discontinued, abolished, closed and declared to be no 'onger a public thoroughfare. Section 3.. That. this ordinance and A!~ the provisions hereof shall become effective ten days after its passage by the 2own Commission of the Town of Boynton, Palm Beach County, Florida. Section 4. That, iranediate~y after this ordinance ~ecomes effective under the provisions hereof, it shall be the ~u~ of the Chief of Police of the Town of Boynton, Palm Beach~ ~ounty, Florida, and any assistants which he may ~eem necessary, o blockade ~nd obstruct, by proper met hods and means, the omthern and northern terminals of the Ocean Boulevard ~,~a-ich is ~scribed and abolished by the terms of this ordinance, ~nd to $ose the same from traffic of every nat~re w~'~tSoever; ~nd ~uon the obstruction and closing of the said boulevard as herein provided, any Person, aggregation of persons, firm or corporation who shall remove the obstruction so placed in ~nd upon the said boul6vard, shall be deemed guilty of violation of this ordinance, and upon a cQnviction therefor, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars ~by imprisonment in the Town bastile, ~ at hard l~bor for the To~,u~ of Boynton, Palm Beach County, Florida, by a term not to exceed ninety days, one or both. Section 5. That all ordinances and resolutions, ~nd parts of ordinances and resolutions of t~he Town of Boynton, Palm Beach County, Florida, which are in conflict with this ordinance, or any part hereof, are hereby expressly rep~ealed, nullified and held for naught.
