A Special ~eeting of the Board of Commiss~oners Of the
~own of Boynton, Florida was held at the Town Hall of the To~?n
of Boynton, Florida, Wednesday Afternoon, February 9th, A. D.
1927, at 4:$0 P. ~i.
Present: R. 0. I,~yers, ~-~ayor
Harry Benson, Vice -Nayor
E. ~L. Winchester,Town Clerk
The above constituting the entire Board of Town
~ommissioners of the To~r~ of Boynton, Florida.
On motion made by'Commis~ioner Benson, seconded by
Commission6r Nyers, the following Resolution was duly ~dopted:
~EREA$, the Bank of Boynton is the holder of a
~ixty day note at eight per cent (~) interest executed by
~. To~nasello, Jr. and given to the Bank ef Boynton November
~th, 192~; secured by estimates of the Riddle Engineering
Company with approval by endorsement t~ereon of the Town
Osmmiss~oners, and assumed by the Town by an~reement dated
May 5th, 1925;
J~ND, WHEPEA$ the Bank of Boynton b~es demanded pa~:~nent
the aforesaid note;
BE IT P~SOZ.VED that the Town Clerk is hereby authorized
t c~ e Xe O U Lm e ' check on the Interest and Sinking Fund of the T~n
o~ Boynton for the sum of fourteen thousand five hundred twenty
two dollars and twenty nine cents (%
$14,522,29) which is the ~ace
value of the note executed by P. Tomase!lo Jr. dated Hovemb,r
i~t ~, 1925; '
BE I~ FURTheR RESOZVZD that the Tow~ Clerk and the Vice-
~a~Jor are hereby authorized to negotiate a note with the B~nk
kf Boynton for amount due the ~ank of Boyn~on for interest on
the Tomase!lo note from November 5th, 1:~,25 to February 9th, 1927
at eight per cent (8%) interest a.mounting to one thousand
hundred sixty-five dollars a. nd sixty five cents (a 465 6~).
Upon motion made by Co~isaion Benson, seconded by
