Mayor Marchese called the Special Meeting to order at 5-00
P.M. '
AGENDA APPROVAL
Commissioner Olenik moved to adopt the agenda as presented,
seconded by Commissioner Mann. Motion carried 5-0.
ACCEPT NOMINATING PETITIONS
Mayor Marchese read a memo from the City Clerk submitting
the following names of candidates who have filed nominating
petitions, have sworn under oath they are duly qualified
to hold office, have paid the $25 filing fee and have been
certified as registered voters in the City of Boynton Beach:

ELECTION PROCLAMATION
to accept these petitions,
Motion carried 5-0.

Mayor Marchese read the proclamation proclaiming a General
Election will be held on the 14th day of March, 1989,
including a list of the polling places. Commissioner Olenik
moved to adopt the Election Proclamation, seconded by Vice
Mayor Hester. Motion carried 5-0.

Commissioner Mann moved to adjourn, seconded by Commissioner
