A Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners
f the Town of Boynton, was held at the Town Hall of the
Pown of Boyntmu, Florida, on Friday Morning, March 28th,
· D. 1927, at 10:O0 A. M.
Present: R. O. Myers, Mayor
Harry henson,Vice_hayor

The above constituting the entire Board of'
)~missioners of the Town of Boynton, Florida.
Upon motion made by Com~issioner Winchester, seconded
Commissioner Myers, the following resolution was duly a~optea.
WHEREAS, semi-annual interest of six percent(~6%) on
nd Issue #1, $88,000.00 and ~ond Issue #2, $100,000.00 of the
· n of BoYnton bonds, amounting to $S,~00.~0 will be due and
~able at the Seaboard National dank of New York on April 1st,
~7;
THEREFORE BE I~ RESOLVED that the Clerk be and he is
~by authorized and instructed to draw a check on the Interest
~Sinking Fund of the Town of Boynton for the sum of $8,$~0.O0
have the Bank of Boynton issue a New York draft for same
~*ver the paymen~ of semi-annual interest on the above men-
~ed bonds.
