SPECIAL MEETING OF APRIL 2nd, 1927.
A Special Meeting. of the Board of Commissioners
of the Town of Boynton, was held at the Town Hall of the Town
of Boynton, Flori da on Saturday ~orning, April 2nd, A. D
1927, at 10;ZO A. ~. '
Present: R. 0. Myers, Mayor
E. L. Wl~hester,Town Clerk
The above constituting a majority o~ the Board of
Commissioners of the Town of Boynton, Florida.
Upon motion made by Com-missioner Winchester, seconded
by Commissioner M$ers, the following resolution was duly
adopted:
WHEHEAS th'e sum of $603.O0 was borrowed from the
Depositor,s Fund and same placed in the Interest ~ Bin~ing Fund
of the Town of Boynton Whi'ch loan'was authorized by reso&ution
adopted on February ~th, 1927.
WHEREAS there are now sufficient funds in the Interest
Sinking Fund to repay this loan to ~he Depositor,s Fund;
THEREFORE BE IT EE$0LVED that the Clerk be and he
is hereby authorized to withdraw the~sum of $800.O0 from the
£nterest and Sinking Fund and place same' in the Depositor,s
, Said $600.00 to.be in repayment of a loan'from the ·
~epositor,s Fund to the Interest & S~nking Fund which was
zed by resolution adopted February Qth, 1927.
