A Speci al Meeting of the Board of Commissioners
of the Town of Boynton, was held a t the Town Hall of the
~X'own of Ooynton, Florida, on Tuesday Morning, ~rll 5th,
A. D. 1927, at 9:30 A.M. , '

The a hoVe constituting the entire Board of
~ommisqioners of the Town of Boynton, Florida.
Upon motion made by Committioner ~inchester, seconded
Commissioner Myers, the ~Ollowing resolution was 'duly adopted:
WHEREAS, semi-annual Interest of six percent(6%) on
Issue #4, known as Street Improvement Bond Issue of 1926,
which issue there are now $160,O00.O0 of Town of Boynton
outstanding an~ on whi0h outstanding bonds the sum of
,800.00 is now due and payable for the first semi-annual
at the Seaboard National Bank at New York;
THEEEFOPjE BE IT RESOVLED that the Clerk be and he
authorize~ and instructed to draw a check on the
.erest and Sinking Fund of the Town of BoYnton for the sum
$4,@00.00 and have the Bank oF BoYnton issue a New York
for same to cover the payment of semi-annual interest
the above mentioned bonds.
