A Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners
of the Town oE Boynton, Florida, was held at the Town Hall
of the Town of Boynton, Florida, on Wednesday Morning,-April
6th, A. b. 192V, at 9:u0 o'clock A. ~.

NOW, TPEmH~FOHE BE IT RESOLVED as follows:

adjacent to said building; and,
Second: That Higgins-Beall Corporation, the owner
of the said buildirE be, and it hereby is, directed and ~equested
to ~remove -one said building within ten (10) days from this date;
and that the ~{ayor of the Town of Boynton be, ana he heretiy is,
authorized and directed to deliver to the P~Oper officers of
said company that the said building is declared a nuisance and
the same must be re,~'.oved within said ~ riod of time; and,
Third: That if the owner or o~cupants of 8aid building
shall fail or refuse to remove the said building wit~hin ten (10)
from the date of delivery of such notice to 'the.p~o~er
cls]£ of said company, then an~ in that event, the Chief

same immediately.
