A Special lleeting of the Soard of Town Commissi~ne: of the Town of Boynton, Florida, was held at the Town Hall o- the'Town of Boynton, Florida, ~,~onday Evening, January 9th, A. Winchester, Town Clerk The above constituting the entire ~oard of Town Commissioners of the Town of Boynton, Florida. Mayor, R. 0. llyers, Stated the object of the meeting to be in accord with the call therefor, to-wit, to discuss and take such action as the Town Commission should deem wise concerning or relative to the substitution of bonds bearing other numbers and maturities in l'ieu of the bonds awarded to D. S. Hudson under his bid therefor. D. S. D. 1927. This matter was discussed by the · Commission. Commission, E. L. Winchester, moved the adoption of the following resolution: WHEREAS,. heretofore and at a regular meeting of the Town Commission held on the 15th day of November, 1927, the Town Commission of the Town of Boynton did award, to one D. $. Hu~dson, upon the acceptance of his bid therefor, bonds in the aggregate principal amount of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000.00) out of and from the ~§00,000.00 issue of bonds bearing date of October 1, 1926 in denominations of $1000.00 each the n~mbers and maturities of such bonds so awarded the said D. S. S. Hudson has requested the ~own Commission to substitute in lieu of such bonds so awarded him, bonds bearing other maturities. NOW i'HEREFORE, Be It Eesolved that, out of and from ~he $~00,000.00 issue of bonds bearing date of October 1, 1926 in She denomination of $1000.00 each, there be, and there hereby is, awarded to such bidder, D. S. Hudson, in substitution and in lieu of the bonds sold and awarded to the said D. $. Be It Further Resolved that the resolution heretofore passed and adopted at the regular meeting of the Town Comuission held on the 15th day of November, 1927, accepting the 'bid of D. S. ~iudson and awarding bonds to the said D. $. Hudson upon bid, be, and the same hereby is, in so far as such resolu- tion conflicts with this resolution, repealed and rescinded and in all other respects such resolution hereby is fully ratified and confirmed.
