65-CCRESOLUTION NO. 65~
WHEREAS, the Charter of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, was, effective June 9, 1965, amended by the Florida Legislatur.
to provide for payment of salaries to individual City Councilman in the
amount of $150.00 per member per month; and
WHEREAS, the salaries for said officials were previously
established at $50.00 per member per month; and
WHEREAS, in order to provide for the current salaries of said
officials to conform with the above legislation,
NOW, THEREFOtlE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, that the salaries for the individual
members of the Boynton Beach City Council, including the member who shall
serve as Mayor, are hereby established at $150. 00 per member per month,
effective the l~' day of June, A. D. 1965.
