A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING EXISTING
RATES PERTAINING TO THE MUNICIPAL
WATER SYSTEM:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH° FLORIDA:
1. That the existing schedule of fees, rentals and other charges
pertaining to the municipal water system are hereby amended to read:
Minimum 3,000 gallons @
Next 2,000 gallons @
Next 20,000 gallons @
Next 10,000 gallons @
All over 35,000 gallons @
Fire Hydrants @ $75.00 per year rental
$1.50
$0.40 per thousand
$0.30 per thousand
$0.25 per thousand
$0.20 per thousand
passage.
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
Passed and adopted this 7th day of June, A.D. 1965.
