honor and distinction,
WHEREAS, JAMES A. ERWIN, JR., has for many years last
of Police of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, with
and through his efficient and dedicated service and
leadership has upgraded the efficiency and competency of said department;
and
WHEREAS, the said JAMES A. ERWIN, JR., has recently
submitted his resignation as Police Chief of said City; an d
WHEREAS, it is deemed fitting and proper that the City
Council of the City of Boynton Beach, publicly recognize the dedicated
service of said officer,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida, that the competent, qualified and dedicated
service rendered the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, by JAMES A. ERWIN.
JR., in his capacity as Police Officer and Chief of Police of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, is hereby officially recognized and commended
and on behalf of the citizens and taxpayers of said City, all good wishes
for his prosperous and successful future are hereby extended to him.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution
be spread upon the official minutes of this body.
