65-T RESOLUTION No. 65-']-
WHEREAS, the City Council of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, in its discretion, pursuant to the Charter of said City, deems it
necessary and essential to the public interest of the inhabitants and property
owners of said City, that a certain public street, more particularly des-
cribed hereinafter, located within the municipal limits of said City be
improved by constructing, repairing, resurfacing and/or rebuilding same;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
1. That the Superintendent of Public Works of the CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, is hereby directed and ordered to prepare an
estimated cost of construcing, repairing, resurfacing and/or rebuilding the
following described public street over the dedicated right-of-way thereof
located within the City of Boynton Beach, Florida:
That portion of S. E. 9th Avenue, ~ying between
S.E. 1st Street and the westerly right-of-way of the
Florida East Coast Railway.
2. That said plans and specifications and estimate of the cost of
such improvement, which plans and specifications and estimated cost shall be
~n accordance with the laws and ordinances of said City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, shall be filed in the office of the said Superintendent of Public Works
of the City.
