WHEREAS, the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, has
heretofore applied to the State Road Department of the State of Florida
for financial and technical assistance in. connection with the renovation and
reconstruction of the existing boat ramp facility located in the waters of
Lake Worth, adjacent to the existing State Wayside Park lying immediately
West of the Boynton Inlet; and
WHEREAS, official representatives of the State Road Department
have indicated their approval of this request, and in connection therewith,
it is deemed necessary that the appropriate officials of the City be author-
ized to accept said offer and to execute any necessary documents in
connection with the implementation of said project, all at no cost to the Citj,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, hereby accepts
the offer of the Florida State Road Department to repair, renovate, improw
and reconstruct the above described boat ramp facility at no cost to the
City, and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and empower,,~d
to execute any and all necessary documents or easement grants necessary
to implement said program at the earliest possible date.
