65-FRESOLUTION NO.' 65-F
WHEREAS, the City Council of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, pursuant to the charter of said City, deems it necessary and
essential to the public interest of the inhabitants and property owners of said
City, that a certain alley, more particularly described hereinafter, located
within the municipal limits of said City be improved by constructing, repair-
ing, resurfacing and/or rebuilding same;
NOW, THEREFOI~, be it resolved by the City Council of the CIT'
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
1. That the Superintendent of Public Works of the CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, is hereby directed and ordered to prepare an
estimated cost of constructing, repairing, resurfacing and/or rebuilding
the following described Alley over the dedicated right-of-way thereof located
within the City of Boynton Beach, Florida:
That certain East-West Alley between N. E. 2nd Avenue and
N.E. 1st Avenue, running from U. S. Highway #1 (State Road 5)
westward to N. E. 4th Street.
2. That said plans and specifications and estimated cost of such
improvement, which plans and specifications and estimated cost shall be in
accordance with the laws and ordinances of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, shall be filed in the office of the Superintendent of Public Works
the City.
