65-DRESOLUTION No. 65- D
WHEREAS, the City Council of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, pursuant to the charter of said City, deems it necessary and
essential to the public interest of the inhabitants and property owners of
said City that a certain public street more particularly described hereinafte
located within the municipal limits of said City, be improved by constructin
repairing, resurfacing and/or rebuilding same;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
1. That the Superintendent of Public Works of the CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, is hereby directed and ordered to prepare an
estimated cost of construcling, repairing, resurfacing and/or rebuilding
the following described public street over the dedicated right-of-way thereof
located within the City of Boynton Beach, Florida:
That portion of S. E. 1st Avenue lying between U. S. Highway
#1 (State Road 5)and S. E. 4th Street.
2. That said plans and specifications and estimate of cost of such
improvement, which plans and specifications md estimated cost shall be in
accordance with the laws and ordinances of said CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, shall be filed in the office of the Superintendent of Public Works
of the City.
