64-MRESOLUTION No. 64-M WHEREAS, the City Council of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, in its discretion, pursuant to the charter of said City deems it necessary and essential to the public interest of the inhabitants and property owners of said City, that certain public streets, more particularly described hereinafter, located within the municipal limits of said City, be improved by constructing, repairing, resurfacing and/or rebuilding same; NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of th. CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA: 1. That the Superintendent of Public Works of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, is hereby directed and ordered to prepare an estimated cost of constructing, repairing, resurfacing and/or rebuilding the following described public streets over the dedicated rights-of-way thereof located within the City of Boynton Beach, Florida: That portion of N.W. 8th Street, lying between N. W. 10th Avenue and N. W. 13th Avenue~and that portion of N. W. 13th Avenue, lying between N. W. 9th Street and N. W. 8th Street; and that portion of N.W. 7th Court, lvin~ between N. W. 13th Avenue and the Easterly extension o~^Lot 207, LAUREL HILLS, FOURTH AI~)ITION, recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 142, Public records of Palm Beach County, Florida. 2. That said plans and specifications and estimates of the cost of such improvements, which plans and specifications and estimated cosl shall be in accordance with the laws and ordinances of said CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, shall be filed in the office of the Superintende of Public Works of the City.
