64-GRESOLUTION NO. 64- G
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 64-A of said City, did authorize
J. B. HENDERSON, as duly appointed and acting City Manager of said City
to countersign all checks, vouchers and withdrawal slips of the City; and
WHEREAS, the said J. B. HENDERSON has heretofore tendered
his resignation as City Manager of said City, which resignation has been here
tofore accepted by the City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the City Council of the CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, that the provisions of said Resolution No.
64-A of the City providing authority for the said J. B. HENDERSON as City
Manager to countersign all checks, vouchers and withdrawal slips of the City
are hereby rescinded, nullified and cancelled~-~'~¢-r,~ F~,e°~'~V I~, ~q/~4.
In all other respects the terms and provisions of said Resolution are
ratified and confirmed as adopted.
