64-HHRESOLUTION NO. 64-HH
WHEREAS, the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
recently suffered exposure to a severe tropical hurricane which resulted
in various and sundry damage to property located within said municipality;
and
WHERE, during said emergency situation and immediately
thereafter the citizens and inhabitants of said municipality exhibited extreme
confidence and composure in dealing with said situation; and
WHEREAS, both public and private forces have conscientiously
and effectively participated and cooperated in effecting the necessary repairs
and clean up resulting from said storm; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the ~ITY OF BOYNTON BEA.
FLORIDA, deems it fitting and proper that said efforts be publicly recognized
and greatfully acknowledge d,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, that the fortitude and efforts dis-
played by the citizens of the City of Boynton Beach, including public and
private forces and public utilities companies, during and subsequent to the
recent storm disaster to which said municipality was subjected, are hereby
officially commended and the gratitude of the municipality is hereby extended
to all such individuals and organizations participating in this project.
