64-ZRESOLUTION NO. 64-'?
WHEREAS, the State Road Department of the State of Florida, in
conjunction with the County of Palm Beach, is in the process of preparing final
plans and specifications for certain improvements to public roads lying within
the municipal limits of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, to wit:
Project No. SR-804, Section 93640-3601 (Boynton Road
or North Second Avenue), and
Project No. SRS-811, Section 93512-3601 (Seacrest Boulevard}~
WHEREAS in connection with said projects the City Council of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, has been asked to give its approval
with
to the cross-section specifications to be utilized in connectiom/ said projects,
copies of which are attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, that formal approval is hereby given
to the cross-section specifications attached hereto to be utilized in connection
wiih the projects hereinabove described within the municipal limits of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
