64-TRESOLUTION No. 64-T WHEREAS, The City Council of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, pursuant to the Charter of said City, deems it necessary for the public interest that the public street within said City, more particularly described herein, be improved by being built, repaired, resurface d, and/or rebuilt; and WHEREAS, the City Council of said City has heretofore, by Resolution, according to law, required the Superintendent of Public Works to prepare an estimated cost of such improvement and to prepare plans and specifications covering the construction of same; and WHEREAS, the said Superintendent of Public Works has completed such requirements, and said plans and specifications are now on file in his office, now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACI!. FLORIDA, as follows: 1. That the following public street hereinafter described shall be constructed and/or rebuilt over the publicly dedicated right-of-way thereof, in accordance with plans and specifications as required by the laws of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, and now on file in the office of the Superintendent of Public Works, said streets being more particularly des- cribed as follows: That portion of Southeast 7th Avenue, lying between Southeast 1st Street and the Westerly boundary of the Florida East Coast Railway right of way. Any such assess- ment may be paid within 90 days from the date of confirmation thereof, interest. Thereafter all assessments shall be payable in equal annual in- stallments with interest at 8% per annum from the expiration of said 90 days in each of the succeeding years at the time or times in each year at which general municipal taxes are payable, provided that any assessment may be paid at any time before due, together with interest thereon to the date of payment.
