64-SRESOLUTION NO. 64-$
WHEREAS, the City Council of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, in its discretion, pursuant to the Charter of said City deems it
necessary and essential to the public interest of the inhabitants and property
owners of said City, that a certain public street, more particularly described
hereinafter, located within the municipal limits of said City, be improved by
constructing, repairing, re surfacing and/or rebuilding same;
NOW, THEREFORE· be it resolved by the City Council of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
1. That the Superintendent of Public Works of the CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, is hereby directed and ordered to prepare an
estimated cost of constructing, repairing, resurfacing and/or rebuilding the
following described public street over the dedicated right-of-way thereof
located within the City of Boynton Beach, Florida:
That portion of Southeast 7th Avenue, lying between Southeast
1st Street and the Westerly boundary of the Florida East
Coast Railway right- of-way.
2. That said plans and specifications and estimate of cost of such
improvement, which plans and specificates and estimated cost shall be in
accordance with the laws and ordinances of said CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, shall be filed in the office of the Superintendent of Public Works
of the City.
