64-RRESOLUTION NO. 64- R WHEREAS, the owner of the lands abutting certain publicly dedicated are~swithin the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, more particularly described hereinafter, has heretofore requested the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, for the adoption of a resolution vacating and abandoning said areas; and WHEREAS, after thorough investigation and public hearing on said application by the Municipal Planning Board, which has favorably re- it appears commended subject abandonment, /that no valid reason exists why subject areas should not be vacated; and WHEREAS, the '~titioning owner has furnished substituted publicly dedicated areas to the City, NOW, THEREFORE, City of Boynton Beach, Florida: be it resolved by the City Council of the 1. That the following dedicated areas are hereby vacated, nullified, closed and abandoned and said areas are hereby returned to acrea for purposes of taxation: (a) That certain three (3) foot public utilities easement running parallel to and adjacent ~hi~e West line of Lots 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21, Block 8, BOYNTON HEIGHTS, a subdivision of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 64 public records of Palm Beach County, Florida. (b) The East 95 feet (less the south 5 feet of the easterly 20-feet thereof) of a certain twenty (20) foot alley, lying between lots 38, 39, 40 and 41, and-the East 95 feet of Lot 21, all in Block 8, BOYNTON HEIGHTS, a subdivision of Boynton Beach, Florida, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 64 public records of Palm Beach County, Florida.
