BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, that the BOYNTON BEACH FIRST NATIONA
BANK, of Boynton Beach, Florida, is hereby designated as an additional
depository for municipal funds of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDa.
Any and all checks, vouchers, withdrawal slips or other instruments
connected with any deposit or withdrawal concerning accounts placed in
said depository shall be signed by F. T. Kain, City Manager, or in his
absence by J. Allison Banks,
Manager and the Mayor, by, James J.
be countersigned by R. B. Carrier, City Treasurer,
O. R. Wallace, City Finance Director.
