WHEREAS, Resolution 64-FF0f. the City of Boynton Beach,
pertaining to the issuance of $6,000, 000.00 Refunding and Improve-
Revenue Bonds of said City, provides for the designation of the City
of said City as Registrar for the bonds issued pursuant thereto, and
provides that the City Council in its discretion could appoint an alterna~
; and
WHEREAS, the ATLANTIC NATIONAL BANK OF WEST PALM
CH, FLORIDA, has heretofore been appointed Escrowee and Trustee for
ect bond issue; and
WHEREAS it appears that it will be more practicable and feasible
the said ATLANTIC NATIONAL BANK OF WEST PALM BEACH to act as
for said bonds, in addition to its other appointed capacities,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the CITY
F BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA;
That the ATLANTIC NATIONAL BANK OF WEST PALM BEACH
is hereby appointed Registrar, pursuant to the provisions of
Resolution No. 64-FF, for the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, pertaining to $6, 000, 000. 00 Refunding and Improvement
Revenue Bonds of said City, Issue of 1964.
