64-SSRESOLUTION 64-SS
WHEREAS, pursuant to certain municipal water and sewer
expansion projects heretofore initiated by the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, certain construct~ trust funds were established in which funds
certain balances now exist, to wit:

1960 Water Construction Trust Fund
1961 Series "6" Bond Construction
Trust Funds

WHEREAS subject expansion programs have been refunded
and refinanced and in connection therewith a 1964 refunding and improve-
ment bond issue construction trust fund has been established for additional
construction relative to the said program; and
WHEREAS, it i~ deemed feasible and practical that the
balance of the above-existing construction trust funds be transferred to the
1964 water and sewer refunding and improvement bond issue construction
trust fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, that the above indicated balances
presently existing in the 1960 Water and in the~Series "B" Sewer construc-
tion trust funds shall be transferred to the 1964 water and sewer constructio:
trust fund for the purposes set forth in the respective resolutions establish-
ing said accounts and the Finance Director of the City is hereby authorized
to effectuate said transfers.
