64-RRRESOLUTION - 64- RR
WHEREAS, the County of Palm Beach has heretofore prepared
and submitted to the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
tenative plans for highway widening and improvements relative to Seacrest
Boulevard and Second Avenue within the municipal limits of said City, and
WHEREAS, the County of Palm Beach has requested that said
proposed plans be approved by the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida, that the proposed plans for the improvement
of the above roadways now on file in the office of the City Manager, same being
more particularly described with relation to Seacrest Boulevard, Section 93512
2601 and with relation to Second Avenue, Section 93640-2601 are hereby
approved and a certified copy of this Resolution shall be furnished to the Count'
of Palm Beach, Florida.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day of October, A.D. 1964.
