63-GRESOLUTION No. 63- ~
WHEREAS, due to the increased labor and administrative
costs involved in connection with the operation and maintenance of the
municipal cemeteries owned by the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
the City Council of said City deems it imperative to increase the opening
and closing costs of cemetery lots within said areas from the existing rate
of $15.00 per lot to $25.00 per lot;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
1. That the opening and closing fee for all cemetery lots
within municipally owned cemeteries in said City, is hereby increased to
and established at $25.00 per lot, said total fee to be disbursed as follows:
$20.00 to Sexton, and $5. 00 to the General Fund of the City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 4th day of February, A. D. 1963.
