63-FRESOLUTION NO. 63-F
WHEREAS, pursuant to the orovisions of Chapter 13 of the Code
of Ordinances of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, pertaining to garbage,
trash and weeds, a recent periodic survey of the City has been conducted
and a report submitted to the Mayor of the municipality describing
certain oarcels of land located within the municioal limits of the
City whereon conditions constituting nuisances as defined in said
Chapter 13 exist; and
WHEREAS, supporting data regarding the existence of subject
nuisances has been submitted to the City Council at a regular meeting
and the Council has thoroughly considered said reoort and suoporting
data relative thereto; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has found, as a fact, that a
nrima facie case has been established showinE the existence of nuisances,
as defined in the above and foregoing Chanter, on the oarcels of land
more oarticularly described hereinafter,
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That nuisances as defined in Chanter 13 of the Code of
Ordinances of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, exist
on the oarcels of land situated within the municioal
limits of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, and
more particularly described as follows:

That the City Clerk of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
is hereby directed, within five days f rom date hereof,
to forward~ritten notice as prescribed in Chapter 13 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, to the last record owners of the parcels of
land herein above described.
