63-NNRESOLUTION NO. 63- WHEREAS the City Council of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, did, by resolution dated June 19, 1961, as amended by Resolution dated May 21, 1962, vacate and abandon certain portions of the Plat of WILMS WAY, Boynton Beach, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 110 public records of Palm Beach County, Florida, described as follows:~ Lots 1 through 8 inclusive and Lots 19 through 26 inclusive, together with that portion of Maryland Avenue (N. E. 12th Avenue), lying east of the southerly extension of the west line of Lot 8 of said subdivision, and returning said area to acreage for purposes of taxation; and WHEREAS, it was the intent of the initial petitioning pr(~periy owners that Lots 9 and 18 of subject Plat also be returned to acreage; NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, that that portion of Plat of WILMS WAY, Boynton Beach, Florida, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 110 public records of Palm Beach County, Florida, described as Lots 9 and 18, is hereby vacated and abandoned and said area is hereby returne acreage for the purposes of taxation. It is not the intent of this Resolution to vacate and abandon that portion of Maryland Avenue (N. E. 12th Avenue) lying between said Lots 9 and 18, WILMS WAY, nor is this Resolution intended to abandon and vacate the sly dedicated five (5) foot public utilities easement lying along the north ~ide of said Lot 9 and the south side of said Lot 18 WILMS WAY.
