63-LLRESOLUTION No. 63 - LL
WHEREAS, the City Council of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, in its discretion, pursuant to the Charier of said City, deems
it necessary and essential to the public interest of the inhabitants and
property owners of said City, thai a certain public street, more particularly
described hereinafter, located within the mtnicipal limits of said City, be
improved by constructing, repairing, resurfacing and/or rebuilding same;
NOW, THEREFORE~ be it resolved by the City Council of the CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
1. That the Superintendent of Public Works of the CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, is hereby direcled and ordered to prepare an estimated
cost of constructing, repairing, resurfacing and/or rebuilding the following
described public street over the dedicated right-of-way thereof located
within the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Thai portion of S. W. 4th .gtreet between Ocean Avenue
and S.W. 1st Avenue.
2. Thai said plans and specifications and estimate of the cost of such
improvement, which plans and specifications and estimated cost shall be
in accordance with the laws and ordinances of said CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, shall be filed in the office of the said Superintendent of
Public Works of the City.
