63-EERESOLUTION NO. 63-~'~
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, a municiPal corporation of the State of Florida:
That the said CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, consent
to and agrees to enter into an agreement with the FLORIDA EAST COAST
RAILWAY COMPANY, wherein and whereby said CITY OF BOYNTON BEAC
FLORIDA, is given the right and privilege to install across the Railways's
right-of-way and under its main tracks in the City of Boynton Beach, Palm
Beach County, Florida, the following described sewer pipes:
(a) A 10 inch cast iron sewer pipe encased in an 18 inch steel
casing pipe extending easterly and westerly at a point located 3,507
feet more or less southerly from Railway's Mile Post No. 311;
(b) A 14 inch cast iron sewer pipe encased in a 24 inch steel
casing pipe extending easterly and westerly at a point 890 feet more
or less southerly from Railway's Mile Post No. 312;
(c) A 20 inch cast iron sewer pipe encased in a 30 inch steel
casing pipe extending easterly and westerly at a point located 3,522 fe.
more or less southerly from the Railway's Mile Post No. 312; as
more particularly described in agreement attached hereto and per
Railway's Plan Corr. Files 312~87-1, 312-87-2 and 312-87-3 dated
May 12, 1963, all according to the further terms and conditions of
said proposed agreement attached hereto and made a part hereof.
2. That the Mayor, with the attestation of the City Clerk, be and
they are each hereby authorized and directed to execute the said agree
ment for and on behalf of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, a municipal
corporation of the State of Florida.
3. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
pass age.
