WHEREAS, a certain 15 foot alley or public road right-of-way
was established on the Plat of DEWEYS SUBDIVISION, lying immediately
south of and adjacent to Lots 57, 58, 59 and 60 of said Subdivision, said Plat
being recorded in Plat Book l, Page 37 public records of Palm Beach County,
Florida; and
WHEREAS, said 15 foot alleyway has heretofore been used by the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, and the general public for purposes of ingress
and egress, installation of public utilities, and for drainage purposes, pur-
suant to said dedication; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, has heretofore by minute action, accepted the dedication of said
area on behalf of the public,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, that the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, on
behalf of the inhabitants of said municipality and the general public, hereby
formally accepts the dedication of that certain 15 foot alley, roadway, or are;
lying immediately south of and adjacent to Lots 57, 58, 59 and 60, DEWE¥S
SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof on file in the office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, recorded in Plat
Book 1, Page 37, said area being also described as that certain 15 foot area
lying immediately south of and adjacent to Lots 20 through 42 inclusive, of
THE LAWNS SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof on file in the office
of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, re-
corded in Plat Book 6, Page 69.
