A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 62-H OF SAID
CITY, AUTHORIZING AND ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION
OF CERTAIN ADDITIONS TO THE PENDING MUNICIPAL
~W:AG.~ EXPANSION PROJECT RELATING TO PORTIONS
OF WOODCREST MANOR SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, is
presently in the process of expanding its municipal sanitary sewage system;
and
WHEREAS, after thorough investigation and advice of its
Consulting Engineers, the City Council deems it tothe best interest of the
City that the original plans and specifications covering subject project be
expanded to include certain portions of Woodcrest Manor Subdivision within
said City as more particularly set forth in the contract modification des-
cription and sketch attached hereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida:
SECTION 1: That Resolution 62-H, enacted by the City
Council of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, on February 12, 1962
authorizing construction and initiation of the basic sewage expansion program
in accordance with plans and specifications therefor, is hereby amended by
adding thereto in Section I, an additional district to be designated "DISTRICT
NO. 12" to consist of materials and cover area more particularly described
in the contract rnodif~[cation estimate and sketch pertaining thereto which is
attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof.
SECTION 2: An amendment to the existing construction contract
between the City and RONLEE, INC., by appropriate change order, to accom
plish the above indicated addition, is hereby authorized and Mayor JOHN L.
ARCHIE, is hereby authorized to sign any necessary documents relative
thereto on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3: The above change order is specifically subjecl
to approval by the Florida State Board of Health and the United States^Health
Service, said approval to be obtained by the City's Consulting Engineers,
RUSSELL & AXON.
