63-YRESOLUTION NO. 63-Y.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, enacted a certain resolution on October 2, 1961, perfect ing
the dedication of a portion of lhe right-of-way of North Seacrest Boulevard,
pursuant to the provisions of Section 337.31 Florida Statutes; and
WHEREAS, in setting forth the legal description of Parcel "C"
in Section 2 of said Resolution, pertaining to Lot 9, MEEKS AND ANDREWS
ADDITION, an erroneous reference was made to the Plat Book and Page
of said Subdivision as being Plat Book 5, Page 84, when in fac.t said
reference should have been Plat Book 12, Page 46;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
1. That the legal description of Parcel "C", Section 2,
as contained in the above Resolution is hereby corrected and
amended to read:
"PARCEL C: The West 8.9 feet of Lot 9, MEEKS AND
ANDREWS ADDITION, according to the plat thereof on file
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for
Palm Beach County, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 46".
2. In all other respects subject Resolution is ratified and
confirmed.
