62-NNRESOLUTION No. 62-NN
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 13 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, pertaining to
garbage, trash and weeds, a recent periodic survey of the City has been
conducted and a report submitted to the Mayor of the municipality describing
a certain parcel of land located within the municipal limits of the City
whereon conditions constituting nuisances as defined in said Chapter 13 exist
and
WHEREAS, supporting data regarding the existence of subject
nuisances has been submitted to the City Council at a regular meeting and
the Council has thoroughly considered said report and supporting data rela-
tive thereto; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has found, as a fact, that a prima
facie case has been established showing the existence of nuisances, as
defined in the above and foregoing Chapter, on the parcel of land more
particularly de scribe d he re inafte r.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida, as follows:
1. That nuisances as defined in Chapter 13 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, exist on
the parcel of land situated within the municipal limits of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida, and more particularly
described as follows:
The South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, Section 28,
Township 45 South, Range 43 East, consisting of
five acres more or less.
2. That the City Clerk of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida is hereby directed, within five days from date
hereof, to forward written notice as prescribed in Chapter
13 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, to the last reco~'d owner of the parcel of land
hereinabove described.
