62-XRESOLUTION 62-X
WHEREAS, the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, is presently engaged in
a municipal sewer expansion program; and
WHEREAS, in connection with said program the City has heretofore
caused the revenue bonds to be issued in connection therewith validated
by the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach
County, by decree dated March 20, 1962; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed essential that in connection with the sale of
said bonds that a prospectus setting forth the details of said issue and the
financial stability of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH be distributed among
prospective bond purchasers; and
WHEREAS a tentative prospectus has been prepared and is now on file
in the office of the City Administrator, now therefore, be it resolved by the
City Council of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
1. That the tentative prospectus prepared in connection with the
above bond issue now on file in the office of the City Administrator is hereby
approved and authorization is hereby granted to prepare a final prospectus
for distribution to prospective bond buyers in connection with the sale of subj~
bonds.
