62-TRESOLUTION NO. 62-T WHEREAS, the owner of the lands abutting that portion of a ten foot alley lying between Lots 64 and 65 and between Lots 58 an~i 59 respectively, all within the Plat of ARDEN PARK in the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, has heretofore requested the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, for the adoption of a resolution vacating and abandoning the above described portion of said publicly dedicated alley; and WHEREAS, it appears that subject alley has never been laid out, improved or used by the general public; and WHEREAS, after thorough investigation there appears to be adequate alternate means Of access to the property involved and no valid reason exists why subject alley should not be vacated, NOW~ THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida: That the portions of the public dedicated ten foot alley, lying between Lots 64 and 65 and Lots 58 and 59 re- spectively, all in ARDEN PARK, a subdivision of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, according to the plat thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 96, are hereby vacated, nullified , closed and abandoned, and subject areas are hereby returned to acreage for purposes of taxation.
