62-SRESOLUTION NO. 62-S
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 62-G OF
SAID CITY, DATED FEBRUARY 12, 1962. PROVIDING
FOR THE ISSUANCE OF $1, 750, 000.~00 WATER AND
SEWER REVENUE BONDS, ISSUE 1961, SERIES A.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, did on February 12, 1962, adopt and enact a certain Resolution
designated RESOLUTION NO. 62-G, authorizing the issuance of $1, 750, 000.
Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds, Issue 1961, Series A; and
WHEREAS, the bond redemption account deposit requirement
schedule set forth in the fifth paragraph of Section 3.04 (D) (4) of said
Resolution No. 62-G contained certain errors which the City Council deems
essential and necessary to correct prior to the validation and sale of
subject bonds;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
1. That the fifth paragraph of Section 3.04 (D) (4) of Resolution
No. 62-G of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, enacted on the 12th
day of February, 1962, which reads:
"The Trustee shall thereafter deposit in the Bond Redemption
Account, in said Sinking Fund, in addition to the deposits required to
be made therein pursuant to said Original Resolution, on the fifteenth
day of each month in each year, beginning with June 15, 1977, an
amount equal to one-twelfth (1/12) of the amout~t stated below to be
accumulated for such year:
