62-RRESOLUTION NO. 62-R
City of Boynton Beach,
WHEREAS,
subsequent to the entry of said Decree,
being filed; and
WHEREAS, on January 30, 1962, a Final Decree was entered
in the case of CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, vs. STATE OF
FLORIDA, validating $130, 000. 00 Civic Center Building Bonds of the
Florida; and
the twenty day appeal period provided by law,
has now elapsed with no appeal
WHEREAS, the City is now in a position to sell subject bonds,
and in connection therewith to advertise for competitive bids relative the
purchase of same;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida:
That the date of sale oi~ said bonds is set for 3:00 o'clock
P.M. (E. S. T. ) on March 28, 1962 at the Boynton Beach
City Hall, Boynton Beach, Florida. That TEREESA
PADGETT, City Clerk, is hereby authorized and directed
to publish notice of said sale in the BOYNTON BEACH NEWS
and in the NEW YORK BOND BUYER, in two publications
thereof prior to the date of said sale.
